We may collect information you provide (name, email, company, billing details), technical information (IP address, browser, device), and AI interaction data (prompts, uploads, outputs).

To provide services, improve our platform, process payments, secure accounts, respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.

Cookies

We use cookies for authentication, preferences, analytics and performance. Non-essential cookies are controlled through our cookie-consent banner, which lets you opt out at any time.

Sharing information

We may share information with the service providers we rely on to operate:

  • Anthropic — Your session inputs are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate your report. We do not use your data to train AI models.
  • Stripe — Payment processing. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store them.
  • AWS — Hosting and storage of your data on Amazon Web Services infrastructure.
  • Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection; may log request metadata.

We do not sell personal information.

Data security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards.

Data retention

The original documents you upload are automatically removed 90 days after upload. Other information (your account details, session inputs, and generated report) is retained only as long as necessary for legitimate business and legal purposes, and until you request deletion. Log data (IP, user-agent) is retained for up to 30 days.

Data may be transferred internationally with appropriate safeguards where required.
