Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.
Services
Our platform provides AI-powered content, storytelling, business and productivity tools. AI-generated outputs may contain errors and should be independently reviewed.
Acceptable use
You may not violate laws, infringe intellectual property, upload malicious code, abuse the platform, scrape without permission, or generate unlawful content.
User content
You retain ownership of content you upload while granting us a limited license to process it for providing the Services.
Intellectual property
All software, branding, templates, documentation and platform materials remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and may renew automatically unless cancelled.
Refunds
The AI computation involved in producing your report is an irreversible cost we incur on your behalf, so fees are non-refundable once a session begins. If you cancel before any AI work has started, email [email protected] and we will refund any eligible charge.
AI-generated content
The strategic suggestions in your report are AI-generated. They are not professional advice in any specific domain (legal, financial, medical, etc.). You are responsible for verifying any factual claims, legal compliance, or commercial decisions you make based on the report.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided ‘AS IS’ without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve months, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
