Tell us who you are
Your name, your site, whatever you’ve got. It reads all of that, and your competitors, before it asks a single question.
Everything true about your business, shaped into the story it’s been missing.
A morning’s work to stop starting over.Every line was a call the founder made. Built from questions that pushed until the answer stopped sounding like everyone else’s.
Read a sample report →A fifteen-page strategic summary of the foundation, the positioning, and the narrative voice we developed together.
A chatbot takes whatever you type and hands it back, polished, generic, soulless. Narratist reads your site and your competitors first, then pushes on every vague answer until what’s left couldn’t belong to any other business.
Your name, your site, whatever you’ve got. It reads all of that, and your competitors, before it asks a single question.
One at a time. A vague answer gets sent back. You keep going until the truth underneath is the one you actually give.
Seven answers become one core truth, and the core becomes the story. Approve it, edit it, or send any part back. The report shapes the story you need to grow your business, as told by you.
The category you really are in.
The customer the business is actually built for.
The real problem sitting under the feature list.
Where you stand against them, honestly.
The offer, stated plainly enough for a stranger to get first time.
The one claim nobody else in the category can make.
The reason it matters, beyond revenue.
The sentence you’ve never had. Every answer collapsed into the one line that holds the whole business.
That line, opened back up. The version that gets a board to lean in, or a new hire to finally get it.

Dani started at Ogilvy in Argentina, then spent thirty years creating award-winning work for global brands across three continents, the last ten running creative for Geometry, WPP’s commerce and brand activation agency across Asia Pacific. He built his own frameworks and facilitation tools along the way, the kind that outlast one campaign and get taught to the next team. Building Narratist meant doing that again: get the structure right, then make sure it still works with him out of the room.

Ee Rong spent eighteen years at Ogilvy, running the PR practice in Singapore before becoming Group Managing Director, one of the few to reach that level there. Eighteen years finding the line that makes a room sit up, then she moved into boardrooms to do the same work at the source, working out what a company is actually built on. She brought both instincts into Narratist: it has to read like something a strategist would write, and it has to survive a board asking hard questions.
They met on the same brands, at the same network, both stuck on the same question: what does a company actually stand for. Narratist is the product of years chasing that answer, together.
I actually felt what our business stood for, instead of just reading it on a page. For a family business like ours, that changed things.”
Dani and Ee Rong helped us connect the dots across a sprawling business and put words to what we actually stand for. We landed somewhere the whole team is excited about.”
Their questions pushed us to think from angles we hadn’t reached on our own.”
The founder who knows their company needs this work but can’t wait six months to get it.
The team heading into a funding round who needs their story sharpened by next week.
The business that has grown faster than its language and now sounds like everyone else.
Anyone who has tried writing this themselves, looked at the result, and known it wasn’t good enough.
Type a prompt, get a mission statement, sound like everyone who typed the same one.”
The story worth having is the one already true about your business, the one you’re too close to see. What comes back is entirely yours, said the way you always meant it.
One session. Done and yours.
When you want us in the room, that’s a conversation: workshops, identity, the deeper engagements.
